Trinidad and Tobago is privilidged to have Stag Lager Beer which is brewed locally by Carib Brewery Limited. The first commercial brewery was founded just after World War 1 in Trinidad & Tobago and in September 1950, Carib Lager beer was launched. As early as 1983 the brewery facilities were expanded to facilitate the increasing demand locally, as well as exports to international destinations. New brands and flavours, (including Stag Lager beer, Smalta and Shandy Lime), were developed and launched over time, moving the company from one pinnacle of success to another. The Brewery has over time, formed partnerships with International Companies such as Guinness, Interbrew, Carlsberg, Ginseng-Up Corp and Diageo. Stag is involved as a sponsor in many of the events organized by Rock City International and Rock City International is fortunate to have a corporate sponsor willing and eager to promote the local Rock & Roll movement in Trinidad & Tobago. Patrons can look forward to many giveaways offered by Rock City International and Stag Lager Beer at many of the regular events.
